WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Packages are prepared and dispatched once the order has been placed.

Delivery takes place 6 to 10 days after the parcel has been dispatched. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email, as well as the tracking number for your order.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are very sorry about this. We have international warehouses, and it can happen that delivery is slowed down due to reinforced sanitary measures (in particular disinfection of parcels when passing through customs).

If you still haven't received your order after 30 days, please contact our customer support team by email at contact@proshoesuk.com; we will take care of you and reship your order free of charge.

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course complete the payment, as long as the claim is made within 14 days of the order date and the product(s) concerned are not subject to any promotions.
